Welcome to my page. Last updated 2016-04-19. I am a software engineer with primary experience in Java, C++, C#, and Objective-C -- in other words, I tend to work with native applications. I have years of professional and well over a decade of personal experience with apps and games for Android, iOS, Windows and Linux, though I've worked on builds for other platforms from time to time.

During the free time that I do allow myself, I occasionally watch movies with a group, spend time with friends, nature activities like hiking and caving, scuba diving, PC gaming, and various other activities. I also exercise regularly -- I believe that exercising the body has great benefits for the mind as well. It's also a great way to manage the stress of the day.

I lived in the San Francisco Bay area from 2005 to 2013. I have since moved to the Tampa Bay area for its clear sunny shores, affordable living, and cave diving. Even though I left the Mecca of technology behind, I'm still a tinkerer. I enjoy playing around with new technology and figure out how I could use it -- sometimes not even in the way that the designers intended. I try to look toward the future, and that's how I originally became interested in J2ME and BREW, before the mobile explosion with Android and iOS. I saw cell phones and its various potential applications as the wave of the future, though now I'm keeping my eyes out for the next big thing to latch onto.

Anyway, that's me in a nutshell. Links to my resume and portfolio can be found above. Thank you for visiting my page. (resume last updated: 2016-04-19)
